Hatebreed - 'Perseverance' from Perseverance (2002)

After a disruption of service due to technical difficulties, we have returned in such dubious glory as we have always been cloaked in and borne within and from here at nxwwwwxn! So in honor of our return and of the new calendar year, we make an offering of Hatebreed's 'Perseverance' for all those who struggle against hostility and overwhelming odds, yet remain steadfast in the face of an endlessly collapsing world which seeming presents nothing but oppression and falsity. After meeting Hatebreed from the pit in the loading dock area of an ampitheatre while waiting for Arch Enemy and Slayer, it took me years to really love Hatebreed, but gosh, I really love Hatebreed. They represent the survival of old-school NYHC/Boston/Cleveland HxCx values and sonics way into the XX1st Century, and Jamey Jasta was a GREAT host of Headbanger's Ball during its 00's revival. His championing and support of heavy musicks has never wavered. So, here is 'Perseverance'
