I am in sorrow learning of the death of Tony Sarkka, the eternal IT of Abruptum, whose vocals and overall Chaotic Satanic presence have brought me so many hours of spaced-out jamming over the years. Abruptum (and Ophthalamia, for that matter) were some of the earliest Black Metal I was introduced to, and Abruptum has stayed with me on constant circ ever since. Hail IT!!! Hail Tony Sarkka!!!
